§ 01 — Engagements
Three structured engagements.
Each with a defined scope and written output.
Quorvex conducts advisory work through three fixed formats — sized and priced to match the stage of work your team needs to undertake.
← Back to Home§ 02 — Approach
How we structure the work
Each engagement follows the same four-stage sequence regardless of format: an opening alignment session, structured fieldwork, a documented analysis phase, and a written output with a closing readout. The scope, depth, and duration differ by engagement — the sequence does not.
Step 01
Scoping
A half-day session with the relevant manager to agree on the specific process, system, or question the engagement will address — before fieldwork begins.
Step 02
Observation
Advisors work alongside operators and supervisors, observing the operation as it runs — rather than relying solely on documentation or reported workflow.
Step 03
Analysis
Findings are organised into a structured reading — friction points, patterns, and prioritised adjustments — cross-referenced against the agreed scope.
Step 04
Delivery
A written output is handed to the client team, followed by a readout session. The output format varies by engagement type — detailed in each section below.
§ 03 — Engagement 01

End-to-End Process Mapping
฿14,800 per engagement · 3–5 days
The advisory team documents one core operational process from input to delivery, working with operators, supervisors, and managers to map every handoff, queue, and decision point. The result is a layered process map that reflects how work actually moves — not how it was last documented.
Deliverables
- Layered process map covering every handoff and decision point
- Friction register documenting recurring delay sources
- Prioritisation workshop with the client team
- Written summary with annotated map for internal circulation
Well suited for
Manufacturing, logistics, and service-operations teams that have grown quickly, absorbed new systems, or restructured — and where the shared understanding of how a process works has diverged from what is documented.

Performance Metrics Framework
฿8,400 per engagement · 2–3 days
A short-cycle engagement to design or refine the metrics a team uses to monitor day-to-day operations. Includes manager interviews, a review of currently tracked indicators, and the construction of a balanced framework with both leading and lagging measures. Closes with a draft dashboard layout and a written handbook.
Deliverables
- Review of currently tracked indicators with gap notes
- Balanced framework with leading and lagging measures
- Draft dashboard layout showing recommended display format
- Written metrics handbook with ownership and refresh cadence per indicator
Well suited for
Operations teams that track many figures but struggle to agree on which numbers actually indicate performance — or where the metrics in use have accumulated over time without a unifying logic or assigned ownership.

Ref. ENG-03 · Diagnostic Sprint
Operations Diagnostic Sprint
฿28,600 per engagement · 2 weeks on-site
A two-week on-site diagnostic in which an advisor pair walks the operation, observes a full work cycle, and interviews operators and supervisors. The engagement produces a written reading of structural strengths and recurring frictions, a prioritised list of adjustments worth piloting, a leadership readout session, and a written brief sized for circulation among shareholders or board members.
Deliverables
- Full-cycle observation notes across two weeks on-site
- Written reading of structural strengths and recurring frictions
- Prioritised pilot list — adjustments ranked by feasibility and likely impact
- Leadership readout session
- Board-ready written brief for internal circulation
Well suited for
Leadership teams seeking an independent, structured reading of how their operation functions — particularly ahead of a significant structural change, capital decision, or where internal assessments have reached a point of diminishing return.

Best for
Process Mapping
Teams that need a shared, accurate picture of one core process — particularly where roles have shifted or the operation has grown and documentation has not kept pace.
Best for
Metrics Framework
Teams managing by figures that have accumulated over time without a clear logic — and who need a structured, ownership-assigned framework that a full team can use.
Best for
Diagnostic Sprint
Leadership seeking an independent reading of the whole operation — before a significant decision, structural change, or when internal assessments have plateaued.
§ 07 — Standards
Advisory protocols across all engagements
Regardless of engagement format, the following principles govern every piece of work we conduct.
Confidentiality
All observations, findings, and deliverables are held between the advisory team and the named client. Nothing is shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
Evidence-based findings
Written outputs document what was observed, measured, or heard during fieldwork. Assertions are traceable to a source — not to an advisor's prior expectations.
Fixed scope and timeline
Every engagement begins with a written scope agreement. Duration and deliverables are agreed at the outset and do not expand without a new agreement.
Operator-level involvement
We interview and observe the people who perform the work, not only managers. Findings reflect the operation as it runs — not as it is described at the management level.
Written deliverables
Every engagement closes with a written output structured for practical internal use — not slides alone. Documents are formatted for reference after the engagement concludes.
No scope extensions
Scope and fee are fixed in writing before work begins. We do not extend engagements or add charges without a new written agreement — so teams can plan against a clear budget.
§ 08 — Pricing
Engagement fees
All fees are per engagement, invoiced in Thai Baht. Scope is agreed in writing before work begins. No additional charges are added during the engagement without a new written agreement.
