§ 01 — Advisory Practice
Structured Thinking for Operations That Need to Run Better
Quorvex works alongside manufacturing, logistics, and service-operations teams in Thailand to examine how work actually moves — and where it consistently slows down.
§ 02 — Engagement Catalogue
Three focused engagements. Each sized for a distinct operational question.
Engagement 01
End-to-End Process Mapping
A focused engagement that documents one core operational process from input to delivery — mapping every handoff, queue, and decision point alongside your operators and supervisors.
- Layered process map deliverable
- Friction register of recurring delays
- Prioritisation workshop included
Engagement 02
Performance Metrics Framework
A short-cycle engagement to design or refine the indicators your team uses to monitor day-to-day operations — with a balanced framework for leading and lagging measures.
- Written metrics handbook
- Draft dashboard layout
- Ownership & refresh cadence noted
Engagement 03
Operations Diagnostic Sprint
A two-week on-site diagnostic in which an advisor pair walks your operation, observes a full work cycle, and produces a prioritised written reading of structural strengths and recurring frictions.
- Two-week on-site engagement
- Leadership readout session
- Board-ready written brief
§ 03 — Value Delivered
What operations teams gain from working with Quorvex
Documented Process Clarity
Operators and managers end up working from the same shared picture — a layered map that shows how work actually moves, not how it was designed to move.
Metrics Worth Tracking
A balanced set of leading and lagging indicators with clear ownership — so your team is measuring what shapes outcomes, not just what is easy to count.
Independent Diagnostic View
An advisor's perspective is unaffected by internal habits or history. The diagnostic reading names patterns that may be difficult to see clearly from inside the operation.
Board-Ready Written Outputs
Every engagement closes with structured written deliverables sized for circulation — suitable for internal review, shareholder briefings, or investment discussions.
Operator-Led Engagement
Advisors work alongside your team rather than above it. Observations are gathered at the floor level, not solely from management interviews, which improves the accuracy of findings.
Scoped for Action
Findings are prioritised and sized for the resources your team actually has. Recommendations are presented as pilots worth testing, not wholesale restructuring proposals.
§ 04 — Next Step
Have a specific operational question in mind?
Tell us what you are working through. We will confirm whether one of our engagements is a reasonable fit and outline how the work would proceed.
§ 05 — Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
What types of operations do you typically work with?
Our engagements have been conducted across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and multi-site service operations. The common thread is that the client team has a visible process that is generating friction — delays, handoff errors, or difficulty knowing whether the operation is performing as expected.
How long does each engagement take?
The Process Mapping and Metrics Framework engagements typically run two to three weeks from kick-off to final deliverable, depending on the number of process areas involved and stakeholder availability. The Operations Diagnostic Sprint is structured as a two-week on-site engagement with a readout session in the week following.
Do the quoted prices include travel to the site?
Prices listed cover the advisory work itself. Travel and accommodation outside Bangkok are discussed separately during the scoping conversation. For operations within greater Bangkok, site visits are generally included without additional charge.
What happens after the deliverable is handed over?
Each engagement closes with a structured handover and a session to walk through the findings with your team. Implementation sits with you — we do not provide ongoing embedded support as a standard feature, though follow-on scoping conversations are available if the initial work surfaces a larger question.
Is the work confidential?
All engagements are conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Observations, findings, and the contents of deliverables are not shared externally and are held only by the Quorvex advisory team and the client.
Which engagement should we start with?
If you can identify a specific process causing difficulty, the Process Mapping engagement is a natural starting point. If you are less certain where the friction is concentrated, the Diagnostic Sprint is designed to surface that picture. The Metrics Framework is often most useful after the process picture is clearer, or when the primary concern is visibility rather than flow.
